Everyone makes choices in life, and I certainly am no different. As I take time to reflect on what has brought me to this point in my life, starting a journey of self-discovery, I think about some of the choices I have made over the years. Some have been great and others have been terrible. Some were made with a lot of thought in mind and others were made in the blink of an eye. I read something this week from John C Maxwell talking about choices, and I quote: “Most people want to change the world to improve their lives, but the world they need to change first is the one inside themselves.” That is exactly what this MKMMA journey for me is all about: making the choice to take part in a journey that is all about change. No one forced me to apply for MKMMA. It was my choice and one I put a lot of thought into. And I have made the choice to give this my best. As one of the key thoughts from this week’s workbook says: This requires our ABSOLUTE BEST, not the best we can!
I promise to give my ABSOLUTE BEST! I always keep my promises.
